When you place an order, we receive your name, billing and delivery details, email address, phone number, items ordered, payment method and order correspondence. If you create an account, your account details and order history are stored. We also receive information you send when asking a question, requesting a custom piece, submitting a review or making a complaint. When card payments are available, card details are handled by the provider shown at checkout; please do not email card details.
Why we use it
We use order information to fulfil purchases, arrange delivery and handle returns (performance of a contract); records needed for tax, accounting and legal duties (legal obligation); and messages, service improvements and fraud prevention where appropriate (legitimate interests). If we offer an optional newsletter, we use your email for it only after you opt in, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
