Products and prices
We make bead jewellery by hand. Product pages describe the main features, size and materials available for each piece. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade details may vary a little from the photographs. Prices are shown in euros. The final order review shows the total payable, including any applicable delivery charge, before you place an order.
Ordering and payment
Add your chosen items to the cart, enter accurate contact and delivery details, choose an available delivery and payment method, then review the total before placing your order. We send an order acknowledgement by email. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund. A product placed in the cart is not reserved.
Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available for this website. For a requested custom colour, size or design, contact us first so we can confirm what can be made and the expected preparation time.
Delivery

Withdrawal, returns and complaints
Eligible online purchases have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Clearly personalised items can be excluded under applicable law. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, you have separate consumer rights. The process and contact details are on our Returns & Refunds page. Send written complaints to marrabeadshop@gmail.com; we reply within 15 days.
