Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without giving a reason. Email us a clear statement of your decision within that period. If an order is delivered in separate parcels, the period starts when the last parcel arrives.
Send the item back without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify us. We will confirm the return address by email. You pay the direct cost of returning an item when you change your mind. Please pack it carefully. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
We will refund the price paid and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned item or proof that you sent it. We use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. A standard item that is simply made after you order is not automatically excluded. Please ask us if you are unsure about a particular piece.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number, a description and, if possible, photos. We will work with you on a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate under your consumer rights. Marra covers the return cost for a confirmed fault or pre-dispatch damage. Please also tell the carrier about visible damage to a parcel when you receive it.
We reply to written complaints within 15 days. Your statutory rights are not limited by this page.
